On Wednesday, October 21st, ten junior high students traveled to Seward to compete in a history quiz bowl. The questions centered on American history topics and allowed the teams to show off their knowledge of our nation's history. The teams faced several opponents in the round-robin format followed by a single-elimination bracket in the afternoon. The team of Colton Allred, Kinsley Jones, Madelyn Belina, Max Brester, and Owen Coufal posted a record of 2-3, while the team of Alaina Hoffman, Bently Sindelar, Boston Bohaboj, Karter Brichacek, and Kreightyn Janata ended the day with a record of 4-2, losing out in the quarterfinals of the bracket.
