Jaguars defeat the Pendragons and Wildcats
On Thursday, September 25, the Jaguar volleyball team went up against the Pender Pendragons. This game came out in the Jags' favor, with the Jags winning 2 sets to 1. They lost the first set with the score being 19-25. The second set, they pushed back and won it 25-16. The third set, they almost came up short but ended up winning 25-22. During this game, the Jaguars' hitting percentage was .045, with Kylie Brichacek and Bella Koliha having 9 kills. Kylie had 17 digs to contribute to the 76 digs the team had in total. The second game of the day, the Jags went up against the Cedar Bluffs Wildcats. This game also came up in their favor, with the Jags also winning this game, winning both sets. They won the first set 25-22, almost coming up short. The second set was all Jaguars, with the score being 25-8. The hitting percentage for this game was .235, with Peyten leading with 9 kills and Kylie behind her with 5. The Jags had 30 digs, with McKenzie having 9 and Riley having 8. In general, the Jaguars played very well and came out with 2 more wins.
