The next touchdown for the Jags was a 48-yard touchdown by Oliver Belina, conversion failed. At the end of the first quarter, the Jags were still in the lead 14-0. With 27 seconds left in the second quarter, the Jaguars finally got another touchdown with an 8-yard pass from Dane Meyer to Konner Bourek, conversion failed. The Jaguars were not done yet, and with 14 seconds left, Hunter Luther got a safety. This will bring the score at half-time to 26-8.
Going into the third quarter, Hunter Luther got a 74-yard touchdown; the conversion was run in by Andrew Brester. With 30 seconds left of the third quarter, Hunter Luther got a 56-yard touchdown; the conversion was passed from Dane Meyer to Konner Bourek. Here is what Andre Martin had to say after the win, “Yeah, we got off to kind of a rocky start, but once we got into the groove of things, we got it to go our way.”
The Jags will host the next round of playoffs on Friday, November 7, against the 9-1 Lawrence-Nelson Raiders.
