The Jags bring down the Eagles

On Friday, February 20, the Howells-Dodge Jaguars took on the Lutheran High Northeast Eagles in the last game of the regular season. Coming into this game, the Jags were ranked #1, and the Eagles were ranked #2. The Jags fought hard in this game and managed to take the win, winning 40 to 58. 

The leading scorer of this game was Dane Meyer with 13 points, but the scoring was pretty spread out on the night, with Andre Martin and Ethan Prusa with 12, and Nathan Tomcak with 11. The team also rebounded well, outboarding the Eagles 29 to 13. The team went 5 for 15 from the three-point line. 

This was a good win for the Jags heading into their subdistrict games the following week.
